4. Please make sure information on the application form and your Identity card should be the same . Please upload your IC/ Citizen card / Passport for verification purposes.
5. Please upload your faculty CV and certificate.
6. Please Upload MOU File & Original Scan Copy of Franchise Fees (Bank Slip).
